0 communication They sending fake notice just to check you understand the rental law or not if they found that you dont have enough information about rental law they start to play games. They getting in your apartment without any permission without emergency case and thats totally illegal. If you living there I recommend you to install a camera inside and outside your apartment

Lock of technology, no communication, the stuff is very unprofessional, rude and always have an actitud, smelly apartments, rats and cockroaches everywhere, floors and doors are old, cabinets disgusting dirty. worst apartments. Hot water water barely works I wanted to end my lease so bad but Im glad I moved out already.

Before you move in to any of these apartments just know the cockroaches gonna lay eggs inside your new furnitures, inside your tvs, microwave, clothes inside your closet and everywhere and everything, basically they gonna destroy all your electronics and furniture. Do not move in, not even shelters are like this. And the stuff wont do nothing about but tell you clean your apartment dont leave food out even when my apartment is clean and Im the cleanest, its cockroaches even in the ceiling its disgusting. I wasted $500.00 in bug spray, poisons and nothing works. Hot water never works, heat comes and goes, dishwasher doesnt work, everything its so old and rusty mosty. Do not waste your money. My 7 years old got very sick due to the cold. I lose everything I toss all my furniture and electronics I had to start over to not bring this cockroaches to my new apartment. Parking its terrible,

I just wanted to inform anyone who was interested or looking for an apartment to look elsewhere dont let the advertisement fool you these apartments are going up in price for outdated apartments not only are the apartments outdated and expensive but the management team is certainly no help I had the displeasure of speaking to Michelle in the office headquarters in regards to my payment for rent when asking her a simple question in regards to submitting my payment she gave me a nasty attitude and raised her voice at me I felt super uncomfortable and confused I didnt understand why there was hostility behind a simple question so when I asked again she continued to repeat herself with an even nastier tone to make a long story short she didnt help me and the line got cut after calling back it seemed impossible getting a hold of someone in the management office it seems like a hassle these days and when you do get connected to someone their tone is either disinterested or passive aggressive from the outdated living style and the poor customer service that this community serves I rate it a 2 star if youre considering moving here let me save you the trouble look elsewhere.
