        I had gotten my nails done with Crystal once and they came out amazing. I scheduled a new appointment with many weeks in advance but the night before my appointment Crystal cancelled on me. I understand emergencies happen so I was fine with rescheduling but when I went online the only date available would have been over 3 weeks later. I texted Crystal to see if she could help me get an earlier appointment since it wasnt me who canceled our initial appointment but until today she has ignored my messages. I will not be going back if this is how she treats paying customers. Service: Manicure
