    This was my first time coming to this store. It was a spare of the moment type of thing. I got 4 assorted truffles for my friend and I to try and we enjoyed every last one of them. It was a bit pricey for just four but so worth it.

    Staff was very helpful in guiding me to purchase truffles from their refrigerated glass case to "save money" instead of their pre-packaged box. I selected 9 different dark chocolate truffles, came to $31.93! Still expensive but it was a bday gift for my best friend, so I bought it. One staff girl was super helpful making sure I had a lolli and pops box, tissue paper and bag to use. I asked my birthday friend to give me a honest review of truffles after she ate them. She said not to buy them again, they weren't tasty. She said she'll use them as baking chocolate. What??! I was disappointed and returned to the store. Informed the same original helpful girl. She called her manager on the phone, took down my ph#, and asked me to come back to see her after I was done shopping. She would have feedback from her manager by then she assured me. When I returned, her whole demeanor changed. She was no longer as friendly and helpful, rather she looked annoyed and asked me "what do you want from us? You did not return the box of gifted chocolate!" I was a bit shocked. I said, "I cannot drive an hour to pick up the chocolate ix from my birthday friend to bring here! Show me that you're a bit remorseful and hand me something, anything, a piece of chocolate or two?" She replied, "my manager has your phone number, and she will call you". And that was it. Conversation over. I walked out. Never again will I be back.

    I love this store, I go there almost every week, and I feel welcomed every time, except yesterday, there was a woman wearing headphones, I was not sure if she worked there or not, I asked her if she worked there, she had an attitude all the time, really rude, she seems like she hates this job, anyway, I did really feel uncomfortable, usually the sales person asks me for my phone number for points, she didnt even ask me for it. Horrible service.

    I was extremely disappointed in their customer service. I was visiting Houston from Austin, while we were at the mall we popped in because my daughter loves Macaroons. We purchased a box of 6 for $20. They were disgusting. 5 out of 6 were stale and one was rock hard. When I called to complain the manager on duty stated that I needed to come back with the original macarons to get them exchanged. First of all I was already home in Austin when I called and Im not going to drive back for more stale and inedible junk. When I asked for a refund I was told no we dont do that. What a waste of money. I hope they check them all for freshness so no one else wastes their money there. Stay away from the macarons there. Just go out into the mall and buy from the macaron stand. The lady that sold them to us was extremely kind and patient. No complaints about the sell, just the product.
