Made me waste my time after my card went through. They informed me that there were no more cars available until the next week! Unbelievable! Never again. Right after they took my money like scammers!

I would not even give them 1 start as this place is run by most unprofessional staff and scammers. The lady upfront tries die hard to give you hard time to accept your cards first and then she will try all dirty tricks" falsely charge 350 $ to charge you for literally RETURNING CAR WITH NO dents and clean car. This woman tried so hard to convince customer that car has so many dents and is not clean. she needs her eye sight and brain checked as its not working clearly. On top of that she said" don't insult my intelligence" LOL! it was v funny when she said that because she thought this would work but it back fired as I had taken pictures and video of car all cleaned and no dents there before I returned. she was shut when i showed her the pictures standing next to car at return, smiling saying you same "you don't insult my intelligence", hahaha ! This rental car staff is by far the worst in USA. I'm sure they will keep up the HORRIBLE WORK and keep the MONKEY BUSINESS GOING BUT GUESS WHAT FOR HOW LONG...? im sure 99 % customers don't return except those who like being scammed or don't realize it. Stay away , this place is worst rental car place in NJ.
