It was my first time here and Im really happy with this practice. Dr. Znamensky was kind and very informative. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

When I made my appointment I was told I would receive a call if there was a problem with my insurance. I received no call yet when I arrived for my appointment they informed me they do not accept my insurance and I would be billed for my appointment. I called my insurance company and they confirmed that my insurance should be accepted there but the office still would not and said I would be billed. I left because who can afford a bill like that. I also had to take a day off for the appointment and I am now out a day's pay. Take caution with their billing practices.

I had a wonderful meeting with Dr. Rathi. Not rushed and he really listened. His staff were nice as well.

Very disappointed. I wish I could give this place no stars. They had me waiting for half an hour in the car. I divide to call them to see if theyve forgotten me and apparently they did, they told me to go in and I was waiting for another half hour in the waiting room. It was very dirty in the office and the person behind the counter didnt show to have the best hygiene herself. When they finally call me in the room they told me I had to wait about twenty more minutes. In the whole time I was there I only saw one person walking out, they were NOT busy. I ended up walking out of there without being seen by anyone. I DO NOT recommend this place, especially if you have heart problems and dont want to get yourself worked up.
