        Ive been having an ongoing I ssue with AT&T for the past two months and I ended up having to go into a store. The manager, Natasha, she was so attentive and patient and really focused on being super supportive. It was just glad to finally get somebody that understood what I been dealing with and took the time to put me in touch with the right people for that ability to truly empathize and make me feel heard.. truly changed my attitude for the better!!

        The manager at this store is very unprofessional. The representative made an honest mistake by ordering the wrong watch and the manager Natasha finds humor in it. Then they want me to pay a restocking fee when the watch was delivered to store and never in my possession. Poorly managed with lack of resolution.
