I have been trying to reach this company via phone and the elevator music plays and no one answers. I tried 4 times and the music played for 8-10 minutes with no explanation for the delay or no one answering the call. They advertised they are open 24 hours a day.

EDIT: to add this company will scam you and lie. Thats fine I have reports to back me and will be taking the next step to get my money back. Dont waste your time. He even admitted to firing the one who said my IP being is being used for child images but not the one who fixed the problem, anyone else see that contradiction? Screams scam. Also hang up the phone on you when you call for updates on your refund which you wont get. Brain Hamilton is a con. This company is a con. Smooth talkers dont fall for their scare tactics. Scam, told me my IP address was hacked and someone was watching child images, paid and reported to the police to report someone was watching child p on my IP. Police MADE ME bring all devices with my IP in to hand over and looked at my computer first to only find this company is a scam. Thank goodness I had a police report to get a refund. Dont fall for the $399 yearly coverage or the $499 for 3 years of coverage. I was only trying to contact McAfee and their number was encrypted on their website. SCAM SCAM. Shame on you for saying someone was watching child stuff on my IP and having me scared and thank god I contacted the police to just be a good human and report what you said as well.
