        WORST experience ever. I bought a Dior concealer and the next day when I opened it, not only was it the wrong shade but it was USED. Disgusting. I went back the SAME day and the manager was rude as hell. They treated ME like I was in the wrong?? Clearly that store cant manage their products and have the worst customer service. They put used/returned products back out on the shelves. Despicable & RUDE.
