St. Joseph's Wayne Medical Center Emergency Department

Last night my dad went in after an accident and we were in the waiting room for a long time not only because it was packed but because one of the nurses in the triage department refused to correct the order for back X-rays and we had to wait for the doctor to put it in and give results. We told the triage nurse various times and he refused we left so late. They have a very smart mouth I understand it was busy but very unprofessional. The doctor that assisted in the emercency room was very understanding. i wish the nurses had a better foundation.

I had a procedure today at Ambulatory Care and was very happy with every aspect. The facility is clean, modern and bright. The nursing staff is exceptionally caring and kept me comfortable and very well informed. Very upbeat and warm. I was nervous and not feeling well and was greatly reassured by their manner. I'd happily use this hospital again.

This place treats you like ur animals the service here is bad, go to other hospital. cost so much money for nothing, they dont find solution only cause more problems as soon u walk in. The front desk lady who has blonde hair, will give you attitude doesnt let you visit . She told my oldest daughter to take her sister to the car. All this happened on 1-17-2024.

If I could give a 0 I would waited 3+ hours in the waiting room after having a sever fall with bad back pains and hand pains. Choose any other hospital before going here. You have better luck getting seen quicker in an urgent care vs this emergency room.

He This is the worst hospital in NJ, they delay care and the nurses can watch you die and they are relaxing playing and even less caring here. I arrived in horrible pain and waited for three hours and when they treated me they told me that I had nothing and that it was normal Everything I go to another doctor I have an acute deviation in my spine
