Was late to our wedding and as a result we had to pay $460 to extend limousine rental. My entire wedding party missed cocktail hour. Had to go straight to ballroom. I feel bad. We did not even get to enjoy the saxophone and pianist we booked. The florist said they were late because of rain and accidents which is unfortunate of course. But I had guests travel from Philippines, Hawaii and California through the same weather conditions and traffic/accidents. My guests traveled from across the world and still made it on time. I did not get an apology from them. They should have accounted for traffic and weather and should have set up by 8:30am hour before the wedding. Honestly I think they forgot my wedding and thought the wedding was Sunday not Saturday.

DO NOT HIRE THS COMPANY. We had a horrible experience with Belle Fiore and my mom left an honest review on the knot- of which Mohammad responded falsifying information, making excuses and trying to make her look bad. I (bride) then responded to the review and Mohammad had both reviews taken down so I am trying one more time to warn others not to hire Belle Fiore. We had hired Belle Fiore for a wedding on 10/30/21 and they had horribly delayed our wedding. They did not show up until AFTER the ceremony was set to begin. We didn't start the ceremony until 1 hours after the scheduled time. As a result, we had to cut photo shoot very short and none of the bridal party made it to the cocktail hour. Not only was I upset that I couldn't try the food during cocktail hour but I didn't even get a chance to greet anyone during cocktail hour despite the venue being nice enough to extend our cocktail hour by 15minutes. We spent $2500 for saxophone and pianist which we never got a chance to see because we were late. We also had to rush through the reception because everything was pushed back. Furthermore, we had to pay extra $460 for our limo because of the extended time for the ceremony. When the flowers havent arrived when the ceremony was set to begin, my husband called Mohammad and at first Mohammad said yes it's ready for Sunday (our wedding was on Saturday, the day before) and when he realized his mistake, he quickly said they were delayed because of the rain. But what rain? It drizzled a bit that morning but honestly, I barely saw any rain on the way to the church (I literally have hundreds of photos from my wedding documenting the weather). Also, fyi, Belle Fiore is literally a 10 minute drive to the church (reason why we chose them) so unless there was a hurricane/tornado that I somehow missed on my way to the church, I don't see how they could show up 2 hours after their scheduled time (NOT "10 min" late as they had claimed in response to my moms review). Furthermore, the ceremony was indoors in a church so I don't see how the work condition was "dangerous" (another excuse they made in response to my mothers review). The flowers didn't even look that fresh anyways. The worst part is, Mohammad didnt even apologize after the delay and instead, tried to make my moms review look like she was over-exaggerating and in the wrong. Also be warned, Belle Fiore contacted us after we posted our review offering us money to remove the review but we were so upset at their service and their poor response we refused the offer so that other people won't make the same mistake. And then they had the Knot removed the reviews saying it wasnt by the person who hired them. So be warned, who knows how accurate the other reviews are.
I would also like to address their response to my husband's review posted below and all the lies- first, who agrees to start flower set up at 9:15am for a 9:30 ceremony start time? (the agreed time was 8:30am). We had guests coming from out of the country and they weren't even late to the ceremony. Neither did any of our guests that stayed in the hotel 15min drive away. None of my photographer, videographer, make up artist got there late either- in fact, they all arrived early to be prepared.

I am a pretty laid-back person, but I will admit that I was probably the most "bridezilla" when it came to the flower arrangements because I love flowers. I showed Mo a pic of my dream centerpieces off of Pinterest, and he recreated it and based my bouquet off of it perfectly! I was obsessed with the centerpieces, bouquets, and sweetheart table arrangements and got my bouquet preserved as a forever keepsake. He also surprised me with peonies in mine and my 9 bridesmaids' bouquets the day of the wedding, which was such a generous and beautiful addition.
