Called Tuesday and was told someone would be out next day at 12. Wednesday at 1, got phone call and person hung up on me. When I called back, she said tech should be there around 2 maybe a little later. Around 4, I get another call he'll be there around 5/5:30. At that point, we said no. Completely unprofessional. I wasted the day being home for someone to show and nobody came. If you're that busy, you should have called me at 12 and said "hey, we're behind today. It will either be after 3 or do you want to reschedule?" The way this was handled was wrong.

Aaron and the team were great. Came on time for our appointment to inspect our roof. He gave us many different options to take care of our problem. The job was completed the next and cleaned up nicely. So happy got to use Royal One!

Unlike several other roofers, Royal 1 made no attempt to sell me a new roof, even though I gave them every opportunity to do so. They correctly and honestly insisted that my roof only needed a few repairs and had plenty of life remaining. Pricing was very competitive. Plus, they were timely, worked quickly, did quality work, and cleaned up like they were never there. Finally, they communicated consistently and professionally, and - this is important to me - they communicated with me in the manner that I prefer. I recommend Alex from Royal 1 without hesitation.
