I've been with True Green for a few years and was initially satisfied with their service. However, last year, they failed to address issues with baboo growth underground and bald spots on my lawn as promised. Their customer service was also extremely poor, and they even missed scheduled aeration services. I decided to cancel my subscription. Despite giving them another chance this year, I've encountered similar unsatisfactory customer service other the phone, and the pricing they're offering is three time higher than what was promised last year.
