Tiger Schulmann's Martial Arts (Wayne, NJ)

I have been training here for a year now and absolutely love it! The instructors are so helpful and really help you be the best you can be.. I originally came here to regain strength, confidence, and balance which I have done and feel so much better in my body! Its such a great work out I am never bored and always learning.

Love Love Love this school!!. Sensei Zapfel and the entire staff are incredible. They are all so good with the kids and teach them discipline and confidence while still having a little fun. My daughter has been going since 2021 and cant get enough, she's actually upset when she has to miss a class. After watching her enjoy it so much, I finally decided to try it myself. I have been going since January and feel amazing. I have gained confidence and lost 18 pounds so far. We will forever be part of the Tiger Schulmann's family!

I been come here for over year now. It was my best decision I made because I got in the best shape in my life. And it has taught me so much. And sensei and Joshu are always there to help you with your goal when you need them.

This is by far the best thing I have ever done for myself. Being a mother I am always on the go and never have time for myself. I am so happy that I joined TSMA. I not only learned how to defend myself, I feel better and look better. I participate in the 90 day challenge every year and I have learned to eat healthier and not make changes for short term but long term. Creating good habits and creating a new lifestyle for myself. I have grown so much. I am learning new things everyday I am seeing myself achieve goals I never thought I could. The owners are like family. They truly care about each individuals success. They are very knowledgeable in what they do and I am happy to be a part of the TSMA Family. Coming here has really changed my life for the better. I recommend not only TSMA but the wayne location is a must. You want to change your life you must give it a try.
