It's a newer building so I guess it's as nice as it can be for a Wawa.

This is by far the worst Wawa to place a food order at. The first time I went to get a sandwich it took nearly 30 minutes until I got it. The 2nd time tonight they forgot to put bacon on my sandwich and after 15 minutes of waiting the guy behind the counter didnt even call my order number and started waving my sandwich around to get my attention. I wouldnt recommend anyone going to this one at all

From the moment I approached the checkout counter, Tony greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. Its clear that he takes pride in his work and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

I was so excited to hear that Wawa was opening a location in Wayne! I planned on it being a regular spot for my family and I, ABSOLUTELY NOT! Im honestly not even one to write a negative review and usually give an establishment a chance to redeem themselves after a negative experience. But after THREE negative experiences this Wawa has seen the last of me. Waiting for 45 minutes after placing an order on the app before even arriving to the store is UNACCEPTABLE. This location is extremely disorganized, lacking management and an overall disappointment. Save yourself the disappointment and do not order food. Grab your snacks and keep it moving!
