She helped us tremendously, has great communication with all parties involved, always looks for an answer, always available, and always pushes for her clients. Im so happy to share this news, I and my husband along with our two kids moved into our dream house last weekend. It was an absolute pleasure working with Karen. Shes an amazing person and as patient as a saint. Being so picky, we have seen a million homes, Karen drove several miles to come and show us the homes. From our initial home search, she has explained us about the details of the homes and about the current real estate market. It took us really a very long time to find a home. Karen was very patient and never had pushed us to buy any home even if we were slightly unsatisfied. She clearly understood our taste and worked accordingly with us. When we needed more info about any home, in no time she will bring us the details. Finally when we found a home, Karen provided us the details of the attorneys for attorney review and also made us understand the closing process. She promptly responds to the phone calls and answers any questions you have. All that I can say about Karen is shes a wonderful person with great patience and knowledge about real estate. Mrs. Karen Houlihan went above and beyond helping us in finding our new home. She was very professional, encouraging, and supportive. She never pressured us into getting a house we didnt feel completely comfortable with, nor ever discourage us. She is very knowledgeable and resourceful. In the rare case scenario where she did not know something, she would use her resources and professional network to find the answer. More than our Realtor, we felt she was a friend or I could even say family, that is how much she cares. We felt that she always put us first. Without hesitation, I give her five stars, and we will highly recommend her to our friends and family that are looking to buy a house.
