We spent literal months looking for a house in this crazy market & just as we were getting ready to quit we met Cherilyn. She worked tirelessly for us & made a process that was once stressful & bleak, fun & inspiring again. Being 1st time buyers it was so easy to get taken advantage of, but we felt safe & looked out for with Cherilyn. She helped us find our dream home Fast forward 2 years & she still sends us gifts on our home-versary and even more when our daughter was born. My wife and I are first time home buyers and had the pleasure of working with Cherilyn and we could not be more satisfied with the level of service, honesty, and the level of commitment in helping us find our home. As with every other first time home buyer, we read and heard all of the horror stories of what an agent can be with being overly pushy, impatient, and pressuring buyers to lock down the first home they see. This could not be further from the truth from what Cherilyn's core values are and never made us feel like our best interests were not in mind. In many cases even, she pointed out areas of certain homes where repairs were either not done correctly, or where it looked like contractors took the cheap route to quickly flip a house. Cherilyn is extremely responsive and punctual, always made us feel like we were a priority and just overall felt supported every step of our months long journey. She was even able to help effectively negotiate down the selling price. As we all know, home buying is expensive so having an effective negotiator on your side was important. I would recommend Cherilyn to absolutely anyone. When we are ready for our forever home, Cherilyn is going to be the first contact on our list! Home buying and the technicalities can be overwhelming. To us, the most important thing was we needed to trust our agent and that our best interests were in mind and wouldnt have anyone else in our corner other than Cherilyn.

We had a fantastic experience working with our realtor Cherilyn. Being first time home buyers we were pretty nervous to begin the process especially after hearing so many horror stories about some realtors. But after meeting Cherilyn the first day, our nerves were calm and we knew we found the perfect person! Cherilyn went above and beyond during this process. Shes incredibly knowledgeable and most importantly shes honest. She will guide the buyers especially new home buyers in the right direction, which we appreciated. Cherilyn is super hard working! She was always available to answer our millions of questions, and wrote our offers up without wasting any time. She was there throughout the entire process from beginning to and end we honestly cant thank her enough. Shes such a kind soul which is what makes her a great agent!!
