Wayne Puppies

I came to browse the puppies. The store was clean and the puppies were very well taken care of. They were all lively and happy looking. The staff spent lots of time answering all my questions and giving me as much info as possible about the puppy I was interested in! I highly recommend Wayne Puppies!

I got my girl Sim from Wayne Puppies in 2014. She was really sick with kennel cough when we first got her, and the owners were very nice about the situation. They took her under there care for a week and gave us back a healthy puppy! Only thing we were not happy about was that we were forced to go to the vet that they are collaborated with. My shiba was having some eye problems after a year and the vet did not take it seriously which led my dog to develop glycoma in one eye that could have been prevented. That was a really sad time for us, but after 6 years, we are still able to manage her blind eye with medication eye drops and keep the pressure on a healthy level. So happy I got my Shiba from wayne puppies. She is my first dog and she changed my life forever. Thank you wayne puppies

My Experience at Wayne Puppies has been awesome. I see a lot of negative reviews about customers explaining that this store has bought its puppies from puppy mills. I have done extensive research on this store for years since I was a member at the old gym that is no longer there since 2012. I have been to various puppy store locations before I got my first puppy here (Bichon/Poodle, Hypoallergenic) on November 2022 who is now 9 months old and is an awesome breed. Very smart and is also a service dog. It baffles me the many customers who complain that they have not been given enough information on their puppies or have gotten sick puppies. Erin and Mel give the longest explanation and breakdown of the care and needs of the puppy as well as your first vet visit, training, medication and are also available through the whole process even after you walk out of the store with your baby. I knew nothing about having a dog. First day I brought Benji home, I called the store next day and Joseph picked up I told him my puppy wasnt eating. He explained to me it was an adjustment he just got home give him a few days, he asked me what time I eat? We then realized my puppy didnt see me eat. I took my lunch and put the food bowl near where I sat, I ate and looked over saw my puppy eat. Few days later he had a vet appt which they tell you the day you take home you puppythe first vet visit is free. I took him to get checked out and I personally did not like the vet. But Benji was in good health and slowly after I got a recommendation by other dog owners for another vet nearby. All is well! Do not believe the many negative reviews! Do your research talk to the employees! The dog chooses you! You dont choose the dog! Adjustment period for a new puppy is 3 months. Give it time.
