        This place is terrible. Staff is not friendly. Spanish TV program blasting in the waiting room. They demanded the co-pay to be paid before they provided any service. I refused and then they agreed to charge after the exam. Spent 2 minutes with the doctor. Went for a followup appointment and this time they did not let me see the doctor before paying co-pay. I left. Do not go to this place if you have a choice!

        I previously have a 5 star review because I did have a really good experience at the office. However, I will no longer be using this company due to their billing system. They have a system where they save your credit card and charge you automatically for services. I got charge $1,000 automatically because my orthotics were billed incorrectly by the insurance company. I would have been okay with the $100 charge that was told to me when I was in the office, but now I am out a lot of money and its taking them over a week to resolve it. I am never using them again.

        They keep canceling the appointments and there is only one doctor and you have to wait for 1 hour at least very unprofessional

        Today I called your office and spoke to Ms Karyna from your Hackensack office. I had a question about an approval mailed to me from my insurance. Karyna was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to me first, and then in detail, explain to me what my approval was for. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood and also scheduled my appointment. I know that it's her job. But, her kindness, patience, professionalism comes from her. I would also like to thank Dr Chowdry and the staff at the Union City office. They too are kind and professional. I can say that I trust my feet with Podiatry Center of New Jersey.
