I placed my displeasure with something...and marketing director threatened me.they LIE LIE LIE. all nice until they get your money than once they do treat you like garbage would never recommend

Renna Gohil worked with us every step of the way to get us the house we needed. She was kind and knowledgeable and always found time to answer our questions with a lot of patience and helped move things along smoothly. She made the whole experience from start to finish a pleasure. Reena is a very nice person and a fine representative for Realtyone.

Unethical. Dishonest. Theft of goods and services. Stanley Francois runs a sales agent team within ROGL. Stanley hired me for two portrait shoots three weeks ago, and after his photos were delivered in accord with our agreement, he refused to pay, and still has not paid.  He said he never hired me and doesn't owe me anything.  Stanley is using the photos which he was delivered, and has not paid for, on his social media pages, on his agent's social media pages, and on his agency's social media pages.  This is theft of goods and services, copyright violation, and contract violation.  I have worked with Stanley on 7 other occasions this year, and he is familiar with my process and that payment is due day-of shoot.  Stanley receives a 20% discount, and has insisted upon being given(in exchange for sending me clients): next-day delivery, double-length photoshoot sessions, triple the amount of edited photos, and priority delivery over all clients who have already paid for their shoots when he has not paid for them. Stanley always tries to get more for free out of me, and when I said "no more freebies until you pay for your photos" he went on a rampage of name-calling, denial, and refusal to pay for services that he contracted me for which have been delivered.  Currently he is using my photographs, which he has not paid for, for commercial income-generating public-display purposes. DMCA notices have been sent and ignored. The broker of record (Youssef Genid) at his agency has been informed, is fully aware of the way Stanley works, and said that nothing could be done. This means Youssef fully supports Stanleys immoral actions.  I cannot recommend working with Stanley, or Realty One Group Legend, based on his unethical behavior.
