What an amazing experience! Heads off to M.Bruno. I recently booked a trip through her to Punta Cana along with seven of my family members. not to mention it was my very first time organizing a trip on my own, and she had done a tremendous job providing us breakdown of all available options including resorts, airfare, shuttle, excursions and delish restaurants. She sets the example of being valuable by keeping in touch with you before and after you booked your trip. "If you need anything, I'm always here for you" that's Melissa. A mobile app to view your entire itinerary, instant airline and other notification, a message chat directly to melissa and avoid travel papers was also an extraordinary feature I've never seen even with global travel agencies. A perfect getaway..!!

Melissa planned our vacation from start to finish! Upon arrival to our ship (Royal Caribbean) waiting in our Balcony room was a personal gift from her of my favorite bottle of Chardonnay accompanied by a cheese and fruit plate. She planned our amazing excursions in Belize and gave us great shopping tips for Cozumel!! Melissa went above and beyond our expectations and did a thorough and wonderful job executing all of our requests!!!
