Terrible place to go for an urgent treatment. Some staff members dont care even if you need immediate assistance. No immediate help on the phone or/and at the site! I wont recommend anyone to go there. I will also tell all my friends and whoever I know not to go there! I visited this site to seek immediate care for a terrible condition and pain. After visit I went to pick up my prescription from the nearby pharmacy I asked them to send it, but the pharmacy didnt have it. So I called the office to get it sent to another pharmacy nearby my house but they didnt answer the phone. Then I went to the office again to see if they can help giving me prescriptions. The lady at the front desk went to ask her manager to get his approval before giving it to me. The manager came and said; ONLY the doctor you saw can send your prescription to another pharmacy and she left, she will be here on Monday -after 3 days- I asked him what should I do now for my painful situation? After a long wait, request and argument with a terrible pain, he agreed to do that but to a particular pharmacy in their networks ONLY! Why? Theres no reason! This is how they work! I have prepaid the bill in cash in full amount prior to the visit, I must get assistance to what I needed for the moment. I should get prescriptions to any pharmacy that convenient for me..

My husband and I have gone to the Wayne CityMD a few times for COVID infections and minor emergencies that could not wait until an appointment was available at my primary care. Among urgent care facilities, CityMD is by far the bestvery well run, efficient, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have spared me many trips to the ERs, which can be a nightmare. I highly recommend them.

Im so disappointed with CityMD! The doctor there brushed off my serious symptoms, saying it was just a cold, and didnt even bother to check properly. A few days later, I landed in the ER with severe pneumonia! It was a terrifying experience that could have been avoided if they had taken my concerns seriously. Avoid this place and just go to any decent hospital.
