        Went in there just to see what they had and walked out with a green beanie, not bad on the sale that they had, 50% off for accessories so it was worth it!!!

        Extremely rude customer service, the employees talk smack about you right in front of you. Not courteous enough and extremely unhelpful. I would take my business to other amazing loft stores in NYC or Westfield Paramus they are welcoming and most go out of their way to help with anything.

        Loft at Willowbrook mall in Wayne, NJ is my favorite store. The manager Simone Acevedo is always wonderful and extremely helpful always making my shopping experience very pleasant. I have shopped at other locations but the service I get at Loft Willowbrook and specially from Simone has always been superb.
