        Not only does my car get broken into while on property, but then management decides to tow my car because it was missing the current registration sticker which was stolen when my car got broken into. I have current registration. Why cant you boot or better yet, sticker for expired plates with a 24 hour notice for correction?? I would have moved my car until my sticker replacement came in or paid for a boot removal. Ridiculous!

        I have lived at Mesa Ridge Apartments since November, 2016 and have enjoyed the experience. No place is without problems but I have to say Mesa Ridge is the best I have lived at. Everything I need is close bychurch, medical care, shoppingThe staff has always been knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

        I am very thankful to Nicole for all her help. Our situation was a unique one, but she went above and beyond to help resolve it. All of the staff at Mesa Ridge is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Mesa Ridge to anybody looking for an apartment complex.

        The management and maintenance team at Mesa Ridge Apartments are amazing. I have been living here for about 5 years now in 2 different apartments. Ever since Monarch Investments have taken over the property it has been a much nicer and safer place live. They installed fencing around the property and made it a gated community. When we first moved in the property had a lot of problems with homeless on the property and sleeping in the laundry rooms along with a lot of other things going on. Now it is a nice quiet and safe place to live. The maintenance staff is very good, very friendly and efficient when taking care of our maintenance orders. The management staff are wonderful as well, they are always there for my family and myself if I ever need anything at all. They all work very hard to make our property a warm and inviting place to live. I just renewed my lease for another year here, we are very happy to be here and call Mesa Ridge our home.
