Rose in the office is amazing. She has definitely helped me with all the paperwork getting the right apartment that fits me just really going above and beyond to ensure that Im getting the apartment that Im looking for I couldnt of asked for a better leasing agent.

The only reason the apartments get some stars is due to maintenance. There is a reason maintenance is mentioned so much, and it's because they are amazing and super friendly! There are some pros with grounds maintenance as they are always taking care of that, and the pools seem to be kept in good condition.The maintenance usually responded to requests promptly as well! Otherwise, living here you get what you pay for. Even then I feel like the rent should be lower for what you get. Moving in was super easy, the apartment was in somewhat good condition and the carpet was replaced at move in. The flooring in the bathrooms were covered in mold, and this could be because the bathrooms do not have vent fans at all. Sure, there are vents in the bathroom but for what? So you can hear your neighbors when they are using the restroom too? The bathtub floor is also painted over, they get real fancy with the methods for keeping your apartment in tip top shape. The walls are thin, and you can hear a lot of what your neighbors are doing that way too. THE BUGS are everywhere. I get it, outdoors is somewhat acceptable because they live there, but inside the apartment is a whole other mess. The bugs get so much worse during the summer, and not once have I seen pest control on the premises. There were a lot of minor damages within the apartment, but again, you get what you pay for. The laundry facility is another issue, plan on watching over your laundry the entire time otherwise it will be stolen. The gates are also broken every couple of weeks, and it takes the property about a week to get them fixed. The community is super friendly though, and Brian in the office had been very nice through the whole process of living here and move in. Just take into consideration the apartment as a whole, and really consider why there are so many negative reviews that may seem repetitive.

Im a new resident and Ive been satisfied so far with not only management but with maintenance! Eddie was on call a Saturday night and came to help me with my fridge leaking. It took him less than 10min to fix the issue! So thankful to have found an apartment complex that handles business.

Ive lived at Sedona Ridge for 4 years and in that time I have never experienced any problems. When you place a maintenance order their fast and friendly, Eddie was friendly, professional, and explained what he was doing. I have and will continue to refer people to live here. Staff and residents are friendly and very pet friendly. Thank you Sedona for making this place my home
