husband and I recently moved in and although the biggest reason was the accessibility of the complex, much to our surprise the staff sealed the deal. Brian was our point of contact and made everything easy and welcoming. Moving is a stressful time and I knew when I had to call him everything was going to be ok. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Julie, Doug, and Haley and it made everything wonderful. This is our home, and they have helped make it a lovely place to live. We wanted to put safety bars in the shower. The process was extremely easy and that has not been my experience elsewhere. I am so pleased to have finally found a great place to live!

I recently had the pleasure of working with the maintenance guy (Doug) at my apartment complex, and I have nothing but positive things to say about him. He is incredibly hardworking and dedicated to ensuring that our building is well-maintained and in good working order. One thing that really stood out to me was his attention to detail. He always takes the time to thoroughly assess the issue at hand and come up with a comprehensive plan to address it. He is also very organized and efficient in his work, which I truly appreciate as a resident. In addition to his excellent work ethic, he is also very friendly and approachable. He always greets residents with a smile and is willing to answer any questions or address any concerns that we may have. It is clear that Doug takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the well-being of the residents in the building. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the maintenance guy at my apartment complex. His hard work, dedication, and friendly demeanor make him a valuable asset to our community. I feel lucky to have someone like him looking after our building, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of maintenance services.

I really cant say enoughthis place is truly beautiful. When I took a tour I was showed an apartment that was ready for viewing and was not disappointed. Clean, well cared for, smelled nice, spacious. Fast forward to today, I got MY apartment and was even more dazzled. Its perfect. The best part is the customer service that you receive when in the application process. Brian is the best! He really is so kind. Great at detail, and made everything easy to understand and would update me as needed before moving in and made me feel the most welcome that Ive felt in a long time. Doug is an absolute delight! He takes pride in his work and it shows. Very professional. Grounds are clean. Everything is fresh and so tidy.One of the things that really stood out to me is that every tenant that I saw in passing were smiling! People enjoy living here. I look forward to being a tenant for years to come. A million thanks!
