All of these people who work here and the other stores around them are trying to purposely ruin ur car with simple things to fix to make u come back or in my case have me followed in till I broke down and try to take my truck and if this happened to you please speak about it so these guys could get what they deserve "Remember nothing is for free" And these guys deserve to burn in H E L L Renzo from New Jersey and his dumb mechanic's and I just don't understand how they could do such things to people intill they find the wrong one

Ever since new management , this location has really improved. I had a great exper With manage Oscar Fuentes today and my car was managed to key and handled properly

Oscar took care of me at the front desk while Waylin worked on my car. I mentioned a noise my car was making and they coordinated to check it out with no extra charge. They serviced my car as planned. They not only told me what the problem was; Oscar walked me out to my car to demonstrate how the car made the noise. In addition to recommending additional service, Oscar and Waylin answered all my questions about why it needs to be serviced. They were both knowledgable and caring. Oscar was also open to my questions about the feasibility of servicing the car myself. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Thank you both!

Incompetent, Unprofessional, and Dishonest. Renzo has a history of poor service: Check the reviews. Our experience: We scheduled a tire replacement, mount, and balance with Discount tire for 8:45am and an alignment at Midas for 10am. Discount tire completed the job and our vehicle was ready for Midas at 9:16am. We asked if Midas was ready to work on the vehicle and were confirmed. We waited until 11:15 and inquired about the status. Oscar told us They were working on it and the alignment was difficult and would be another hour and a half. Oscar then called us back to say that they had an emergency and needed to put another vehicle ahead of us. We asked why we were being bumped when we made the appointment for 10am. Oscar then told us we made the appointment for 11 am. We did not. We asked to speak with the manager and Oscar hung up on us. I realized that we were getting attitude and any service was unlikely, so I called back and gave a little attitude in response. The manager had excuses that made no sense. I demanded the name of his supervisor and got more static about how Discount tire told them they had to put a vehicle ahead of us. We asked the manager at Discount if this was true and he was shocked. We returned to call out Oscar and Renzo for their lie. They acted like children. We went to the competition and got immediate service and even purchased a few upgrades. At the end of the end of the day, Oscar and Renzo Hidalgo, were just too incompetent to manage business. I am looking forward to sharing this story with my colleagues and businesses.
