Chase Bank

This is a fantastic bank. Richard Ulibarri, the branch manager, absolutely embodies the ethos of customer service. He is literally there to help you. Cant speak highly enough of my experience there.

Banks are typically very consistent regarding service, however this bank goes above and beyond. Because of the amazing customer service, they now supply various accounts of mine. I am treated like I am banking local, and I really appreciate that.

Buckle up, I would like to start this review off by saying that I have been to all of the Chase banks, but this one is by far the best one I have ever been too. It always has the best atmosphere. They do not mess around when it comes to business or customer service, they will help you with simple, standard, or difficult things that we all have to deal with I've had to deal with it all, and they do it with a smile and with respect. They do not have lunk like tellers, which I can't say for many of the banks in Albuquerque. Even the new security gaurd is great. Everyone is always so willing to help and are very knowledgeble and speedy quick with their services when permitted. If I had to single out a few, Jim is always extremely kind, helpful, understanding and patient always does his job correctly. The man in charge though, Richard Ulibarri, that is your guy! (There are many Richards at Chase I have come to discover, but he takes the cape from all, respectfully.) This man, is a true hero let me tell you, he is extremely understanding and so soo helpful more so than I've ever seen in the willingness of a teller or branch manager/vice president and I've spoken with many acclaimed branch managers but none of them like him. He actually wants to help you against the odds, professionally, and does his job the way it's supposed to be done. I bank there but the amount of satisfaction and willingness to help, and just plain out be kind they see us all as humans and not just dwindele us down to a mass of people just trying to pick up their money, and that, that is priceless. Bank with chase, and when you do make Indian School and Louisiana your home branch. You will not regret your decision, I for one, do not. Best regaurds :) Thank you Chase family, keep doing what you do, you'll have 5 stars in no time flat. You deserve atleast that, if nothing else. You guys are amazing!!!!

It's rare these days to find a bank that's more than an ATM location. At this Chase branch the manager and his staff, especially Jelani, will make you feel like they actually care about you. It's old school banking in the best sense. Highly recommend.
