        These people have made a simple process of rolling a retirement benefit into a long and painful nightmare. They have a long and overly complex form that must be filled out perfect or they reject it. There office is locked during posted business hours, I called corporate in Arizona and they told me they will only communicate through mail only. And the form has to be notarized and resent for the simplest mistakes. It seems like they are choosing to hold my retirement ransom on purpose.

        I went into to take my original documents that they required so they can get copies. The lady came back out after making copies with my birth certificate ripped and damaged! She said it fed thru their printer wrong and got damaged. Im so upset. They ask for originals then damage them. Now I have to take time out of my day to get another birth certificate!
