        They did a great job on our carpets. Got a stain out I didnt think they could. Devon also came right back to get a stain up that was missed. I would us them again. Thinking about having my ducts cleaned by them.

        Extremely overprised poor quality work had 2 apartments and 2 area. Rugs cleaned by this company and the stuff still looks the same.

        I've used ThoroClean for years, but for the last 2 years, I can't get a hold of them to schedule an appt. If they answer, it's been a rude guy that's short with me and says he'll call back but never does. It's been taking days just to schedule. The guys they've sent to clean have always been great and professional, but I don't feel it's worth the hassle anymore, there's other companies.
