This is the first negative review I have ever left for any company. After four months and two no-shows for the scheduled installation of a simple backsplash (no return calls or communication re the missed installations) , I turned away the installers today (and lost my $300 deposit) when they showed up with a warped particle board backsplash, with poor quality application of the laminate and a dented corner, and they were going to install this!! Zero stars but couldn't post without leaving one star. Don't even consider hiring these guys! Apparently they install for Home Depot, not sure how they got that gig! Service: Home renovations

Don't waste your time or money at this business. MVV COUNTERTOPS is definitely the place to conduct your business. The gentle men borrowed my tape measure. Shows up with out one. Pathetic

Poor communication, didn't return phone calls in a timely manner. The finished project was good, but it took too much longer than expected. I understand "supply chain issues," but that's no excuse for not communicating with the customer.

I am very pleased with the install of my counter tops and the install of my new sink etc. Derrick and his helper were pleasant, professional and quick. I love my kitchen Thank you
