Well run facility with a caring staff that fosters accountability while showing compassion and understanding. Would like to see more services available on evenings and weekends to accommodate people who work regular business hours. Mental health and substance abuse needs to be addressed 24/7/365.

This is for the people that answer the phone been calling for over 2weeks leaving messages and no response when I finally did receive a call was to confirm my appointment told that lady what was going on she said she would message them directly and still till this day no call back even today I have an appointment wasnt sure was going to be able to make it was calling all day to see about video visit but once again cant reach anyone no Matter which option I push for on the call menu just horrible especially as a new patient who is not sure if Im going to stay

Julia Gallant is unpleasant ti have as a medication management therapist. She never has availability, never calls to follow up, check on me. Nothing. I am literally flying out in a week.and need this medication ti fly. She knows this and received my message today. She didn't even have the decency to response but have her medical assistant call me and tell me Jukia isn't going to talk to anyone today and she won't be refilling my medication knowing I need this by the 29th . I even asked to send my flight itinerary and she didn't give two caps. Just said no and she'll see me when she can . Julia has made me cry on a few different occasions because she is so aggressive with the way she talks to me. 100% disappointed in the treatment I get Here. She told me awoke back I'm glad we found something that is working for you, now she keeps it away from me and makes it impossible for me to get ! Basically she makes me feel guilty for needs a .025 strength medication.
