I contracted Mark and Marjorie for a major remodel to my house. The result well exceeded my expectations. Their expertise, hands on approach, and the craftsmanship and work ethic of their entire team of subcontractors is top notch and unmatched. Marjorie worked with me for almost a year to design the perfect remodel for my house. It involved moving doors, windows, walls, relocating plumbing through several places in the slab, a complete electrical rewiring plan, rerouting HVAC ducting, punching holes through the roof this was a BIG project. Through the entire design process, Marjorie and Mark were very resourceful, developing some great design ideas. At the same time, they were very communicative and really listened to my concerns, coming up with very cool and innovative solutions. When the work started, the value of their detailed preparation became apparent. Everything had been accurately planned for and measured to the fraction of an inch. When surprises did arise, they were on it. They were on site every day, answering my questions, responding almost immediately to my phone calls and concerns without fail. This wasnt just my house I really felt as though it was our house. They are totally invested, and their number one concern was providing a quality product, making me happy with a job well done. I also mentioned their team of subcontractors absolutely outstanding craftsmen, each and every one, with a solid work ethic the likes of which I have never before experienced from builders and contractors. Each person, boss and assistants, the framers, the electricians, drywall guys, painters, flooring guys, finishers, cabinet makers, plumbers, quartzite countertop fabricators every single one is an expert, and a real pleasure to work with, incredibly courteous, and extremely conscientious. Really too many to mention here, but you will be absolutely blown away by Joaquin, a magician with wood. Lorenzo holds it all together and makes it all run like a well-oiled machine. Hugo and Ramon are artists with rock. I really cant say enough good things about Mark, Marjorie, and AD&R. Ive heard that remodeling is usually a pretty awful, tedious, and stressful ordeal. Not with this team. They made the entire process -- from planning, to demo, to construction, to finishing, even cleaning a rewarding and satisfying experience. Before AD&R, I wasnt very happy with my house, but now, after AD&R, I really, truly love my house and plan to stay here forever, ONLY because of their hard work. I feel like Im living in something out of a designer magazine. Stay local with this world class team. Stop looking youve just found the best remodelers in the area.

Mark and Marjorie were AMAZING! We had them design and build an addition on our home and they did fantastic work. They checked in personally and made sure their sub-contractors were on time and on task. It was a wonderful experience. They worked amazingly well with us, even under a time crunch and during high risk COVID times. We will absolutely use them again. Services: General construction, Paint indoors, Exterior painting

I am a caregiver of a fully disabled patient & had been desperately needing to remodel the bathroom to make it easier for her to use. Marjory came out to see it and she had plenty of questions about the situation and then made some suggestions of which I had never thought of. She said I am an architect and I look at the function of a room. She made so much sense I couldn't believe it. The patient is not only delighted but very proud of it and I should add that it is a joy to see what this has done for her self-esteem! Both Marjory and Mark were here almost every day to check the work and the workers were so professional and pleasant that it was just a pleasure to have them in our house. I sell business insurance and to me this is one outstanding New Mexican business that will take care of your needs. I plan to have them back for another project.
