Ive been going there for years now and have had small and major things done. The lobby and room all feel very clean. The staff is friendly and the dentist will take his time with you, answer questions and give great advice. The Hygenist is top notch as well. She is patient and thorough. I try and refer anyone who needs a dentist to them.

This a very professional and knowledgeable dental practice. Dr. Patel is excellent at communicating information and making suggestions for better care. My dental hygienist is fantastic at thoroughly cleaning and polishing my teeth. A+ all around!

Been going for 13 years and the staff just gets worse and worse. Today the dentist, dr Ketan Patel, Deadnamed me which is such bad care because the receptionist and nurse used my preferred name. He was just too careless to look I guess. This visit was a total fail because the Dr. Patel about 3 years ago fused my fillings together and made it very difficult to floss and then 3 nights ago Im tugging on them to floss and the filling shoots across the bathroom. If he would have done it right the first time I wouldnt be dealing w/ this. Now the damage to my tooth is going to need a root canal which is nearly $900 for the porcelain crown no other crown options available. Its a real shame how expensive dental work is and yet how detrimental to your heath it is. I havent eaten much in 4 days cause the discomfort and idea of food getting stuck making the missing filling into a worse cavity. Such an annoyance in capitalism and healthcare. I do miss Dr Shaffer. I hope he is well where ever he went.
