great place! Rooms were excellent, and fully stocked, staff was super nice, and helpful. A rare gem in this town of flea bag hotels. Happy I found them. Will definitely return.

It wasn't till after we left that we were informed the bites I had received were bed bugs. Sketchy people also constantly walking around or showing up. Not worth the money.

Before we decided to stay here at Suburban Studios my husband and I stopped by to see if we could have a look and the General Manager Ashley was extremely kind , polite and helpful and showed us one of there King rooms and they all have kitchenettes it was very nice and clean and pet friendly, so we decided to stay here at Suburban Studios since we're in Albuquerque for my appointments that I had for a week and WOW for the first time I didn't have to clean we loved our stay and it is completely comfortable we highly recommend Suburban Studios extended stay off of Carlisle Rooms: The rooms have kitchenettes and are very clean and cozy Safety: Here at Suburban Studios extended stay the entire hotel parking lot has surveillance cameras and up the street is the State police department Food & drinks: All the restaurants are walking distance but if you don't want to eat out there is a Walmart for your groceries so you can cook all the rooms have kitchenettes with everything you need it's FANTASTIC
