He was easy to communicate with, was there when he said he would be, was able to accommodate some changes we requested and did such an amazing job refinishing our floor. Our 75 year old floor looks brand new. Well be recommending him to everyone we know.

Mitchell Floorsanding Company recently sanded our hardwood floors. Louis Mitchell, the company owner, showed up on time with all the necessary machines and equipment and finished the job quickly and flawlessly. He did a very thorough and beautiful job. Louis is personable and easy to work with and his pricing is very fair. You won't find better. I recommend him without reservation.

Mitchell Floorsanding did an incredible job fixing my hard wood floors. I had several areas with major damage. My wood floors are very light, but I had several horrible stains from years of damage under carpeting. He replaced all of the damaged wood, and those areas blended perfectly with the existing wood! I am extremely happy with the results, and highly recommend this company as the results exceeded my expectations.
