We received a Christmas centerpiece one 12/22 from my SIL. We sent her a pic, and she was upsetnot what she had ordered at all. We called your office, and received a gorgeous new arrangement today! (12/23). Thank you for caring!

The owners of this shop are such nice people. Very very nice experience working with this shop for my wedding flowers. They went out of their way to meet us at their shop after hours to get our flowers to us, their shop is so cool to go into And look at cause owner likes antiques. All the way around a great experience

Ordered the Forever Fuchsia Premium Bouquet and it is a stunning arrangement for a great price! Requested it for pick up and they packed it with the vase securely in a box for me for easy transport. The flowers held up nicely even after a 4 hour drive! The owners were very friendly and the flowers were ready to be picked up an hour and a half before scheduled time, which I appreciated it.

I tried to order flowers, and my card didn't go through. I received a call and they told me it was declined, and if I wanted to try a different card over the phone. I was in the middle of something, so I said I would try again later when i could get to my purse and find the correct card, the man on the phone said he would prefer if I didn't because he would get charged for it. i was going to spend around $140 on flowers and I was told not to re-try. I said no worries, I will take my business elsewhere. I ordered flowers at another flower shop where I was not made feel this terrible way. As If HE were doing me a favor by allowing me to buy these expensive flowers. Safe to say I will take my business elsewhere. I order flowers once or twice a month sometimes more often.
