The owner Jennifer is very unprofessional. She treats her employees horrible and does not offer the training she advertises on her website. The low pay is not worth the traveling between clients that her employees have to do. Management is important in a company and having a condescending woman with an Im better that you attitude is not good for a company. This is a rinky dink company and the owner should not be allowed to manage people with her lack of management skills.

By Your Side cared for my ailing mother for almost two years. They were professional, flexible, and responsive to immediate unexpected needs. And their rates were very reasonable. A special shout out to Manager Amanda and Care Provider Michelle.

I wish I could give them six stars. They have been competent, professional, and (most important) kind. The when I didn't communicate clearly, or circumstances changed, so they had to make a decision on the fly, they ALWAYS did the right thing for my 90-year-old Mom.
