Was quoted 159.99 price for 2 nights. Final charge was 199.99. per night. Be careful staying here and get quote in print. Its my fault for trusting a hotel but this is an honest warning.

Located in old Town Albuquerque this location in on indigenous lands with the cultural center across the street. It's up and coming with new restaurants, a day spa, Mama's Minerals, and more. The breakfast is hot and tasty with choices for just about every dietary need. We have a dog and there was plenty of space to walk.

The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Great amenities in the kitchenette - for longer stays you could easily cook meals here. My only complaint was that the temperature was tough to regulate - no matter how many times we turned the temperature down the room stayed a bit too warm. Also something kept beeping all night which kept waking us up. Otherwise, big spacious room (stayed here with a family of 4, kids 14 and 11), a substantial breakfast included, and a big well-lit parking lot. Staff was friendly and competent. A comfortable stop for us on our road trip! Rooms: We had 2 queen beds, a dining table, large tv and well appointed kitchenette. Nearby activities: Several restaurants within walking distance Safety: Well-lit parking lot

Upon arriving I went up to the front desk on the right side and was talking with the front desk woman. We had a very nice polite conversation as I was attempting to check in after a long 12 hour day of driving. We had just come from a hotel we had booked and there ended up being homeless people everywhere in the parking lot, so we couldnt even pull in. So I was discussing that with the hotel woman and explaining that is why I am now here. I was in mid sentence, when another hotel staff, named Monica, came out and abruptly said could you please move. She said it with literal aggression and no politeness at all. Apparently a customer had come up behind me and she needed me to move to the side so she could help him now. I was mid sentence. She could have asked me to move a million different ways. Its absurd especially after the day we had and the amount of money/miles I spent on this hotel. 33,000 miles. Which is equivalent to $330. I moved and honestly was lost for words. We arrived at roughly 5:30 and there was no room available yet because they were behind on cleaning which is odd because check in I thought was 4pm. So while we waited with our things I asked the first woman who was very pleasant, what the name of the other woman was, which ended up being Monica. Right after I asked for her name it was crazy how things changed. Monica all of a sudden had a room available for me, she offered us water, asked if we needed anything. I was polite the whole time and said no thats okay. It was really upsetting to be treated so rudely after paying so much for less than a 12 hour stay at your hotel. As far as the hotel itself? It was beautiful. Immaculate even. Area was nice.
