image When you arrive at the hotel, the outside is very aesthetically pleasing. Very well maintained hotel. They have a shuttle service to airport and you can use the shuttle to take you to places closeby. Not bad. Will keep this in mind for future trips. The gym looked clean and had water bottles for you as well. There is free breakfast or to go bag. The room was nice and warm when I went in which was perfect because outside was freezing! Heater works amazing! The cons, if you are not strong try to request a 1st floor room because there are no elevators here. If you dont have much luggage then you have a nice 2nd floor view. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side but had everything you need, a comfy bed, sofa chair, shower/tub, coffee maker, fridge, microwave. The only thing I would suggest is upgrading the desk chairs, they were a bit on the harder side.
Pros: Free Shuttle service to airport and close vicinity
Free Water bottle in gym
Free breakfast or to go bag
Warm room
Cons: hard desk chair
Small space
No elevator
Sometimes the side door does not work. Many times my card was not read.

For future stays, our Executive Building is quieter, and the rooms back there are larger and so are our bathrooms. image We booked two rooms here. My credit card was charged in advance in case I was a no show, which I was not. On checking in they wanted a $100 deposit, which is not customary for a Best Western. The rooms and hotel were incredibly noisy. I reported it to the front desk at almost midnight as the people above us and above our other room were exceedingly noisy. We were not offered any other room as I needed a walk in shower for my daughter with special needs. In addition, the dog across the hall wouldnt stop barking. I dont share my house with a dog, I dont prefer to hear one barking while Im trying to sleep on a long drive. As a Platinum member I filled out the next day survey. This was the response I received from the front desk manager named Marty. Ill leave it at this and their professionalism . Never again.

We authorize cards in order to guarantee rooms for the guest s who can afford to stay at our hotel. If the card does not go through, we cancel the reservation and sell it to someone who can give a card that we can authorize. The deposit is actually 100 dollars per room, but the desk agent took pity on you and only authorized $50 per room ultimately doing you a favor. The deposit is required regardless of membership status. You were offered a 2nd floor room which is much quieter but declined due to not having an elevator. Additionally, the fact that we accept pets has no bearing on the cleanliness of the hotel as we have very specific pet friendly rooms. if you had brought any of your concerns to the front desk they would have explained as such. I believe that we both agree that you shouldn't return and hope that you find a hotel that suits your needs.

As mentioned to you in your first review, our hotel has always authorized cards prior to arrival. Since our hotel has a 24 hour cancellation policy it is well within our right to do so 24 hours prior if we wanted to. The point of the credit card authorizations is to guarantee reservations. Any reservation that has a declining card or no card at all will be cancelled since it is not guaranteed. Your card was authorized prior to your arrival to guarantee your room, not "in case [you were] a no show". Our hotel does require a $100 damage deposit for EACH room. As you mentioned, you did book two rooms, and were only authorized for a $50 incidental on each room instead of the normal $100 per room. It seems our front desk staff made a hospitable exception for you, which is something that I don't believe should be included in your complaint, especially as the decision that they made was easier on your wallet. If the incidental was too outlandish for you, you have every right as a guest to cancel the reservation and go somewhere that is more suited to your needs, this is something that you did not do, and instead chose to stay and complain about the deposit later.You were upset that you could not bend the policies and procedures of our hotel. I am unsure where the idea comes from that Elite members are exempt from our hotel policies, but our policies apply to all of our guests regardless of their "elite" Best Western Rewards member status.I notice how you took this statement out from your initial review, "Had I known you accepted pets I wouldn’t have stayed here." Even though you booked online through our Best Western website where it clearly states "pets are allowed at this airport property in specific room types" on the front page in the hotel overview. It is literally the second sentence of the page that you have to scroll past to book a room. I assume this is because you recognized your own error.As far as any complaints reported to the front desk staff, I do not have any record of you reporting this issue during your stay.The only time we are receiving this feedback is after check-out in a string of comments posted on whatever review site you can find.Unfortunately, since this feedback is being provided after your stay, there is nothing that we could have done/can do to improve your stay.

image Very quiet room with the best free breakfast I've ever experienced at a hotel! The main entree changed every day and they always had plenty of green chili on hand.
