I highly recommend Mr. Michael Frye. He guided my process from the beginning all the way to signing up for a Safeco auto and home bundle policy. He was very responsive to my questions and forwarded any information I asked for. I would give him an 5overall.

Imagine a "professional" who is only looking to make a sale while lying/ misrepresenting the contents of a new policy. Shyster promised new policy would include gap insurance, and uninsured motorist coverage. Guy lied; PLUS, he never, as he promised he would, contacted the agent from the prior carrier that we were going with a new company. We called him out on his dereliction and declined to do business with him. Guess what?! He didn't cancel the policy and stole almost a thousand dollars from my elderly parents' bank account, incurring bank over drafts. I see that there is a similar complaint against this lazy guy in a review made by a woman several months ago. We will be contacting the NM Insurance Commissioner regarding his unprofessional behavior and theft.
