Tiffany is wonderful. She reached out to me after I requested an insurance quote and at first I thought it was a spam call and wasn't going to answer but I'm glad I did because since that phone call she has taken on the roll of our insurance against for our homeowners insurance and as of today our car insurance. She is just a phone call away if my wife or I have any questions or need help, and she managed to get us a lower rate on our car insurance with significantly more coverage. After nearly 20 years with progressive,our car insurance rates were increasing every 6 months for 3 years in a row completely unjustifiably because we had no claims, no accidents, no violations and no changes to our address or cars and we had the bare bones minimum coverages. Tiffany took a look at that and got us a quote that better represented our assets, at a lower rate and then explained the whole thing to me making it easy for me to understand. Then she took care of canceling our old policy with progressive making our job incredibly easy. I highly recommend Tiffany if you are looking for a new representative (agent) for your insurance, or if you're just looking for a quote, she works hard and is knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy and absolutely professional, give her a call.
