Wanted to get a quote from John about business insurance, he stated it would be more work for him to obtain that kind of policy. Excuse me? Aren't you in the insurance business? Called him several times since to at least get a quote, he doesn't call back. This was after he gave me another number to call, and he keeps blaming Allstate for his phone service. We have gone to another insurance company/agent where we get more coverage at half the cost. Would give zero stars if I could.
