Horrible customer service. They would have representatives call at odd hours and repeatedly. I've been trying to cancel my policy for at least a couple months as well and every time I talk to someone they tell me it's the wrong department and transfer me to hold hell. Avoid them at all costs!

Alex was very knowledgeable and informative. He helped navigate us through some not easy to have conversations to help ensure that we ended up with exactly what we needed for our unique situation.
