Katie is the realtor you want nay, the realtor you need! Long distance: I moved to Albuquerque from DC. When I flew in for 4 hours to look at houses she had already compiled a list of places based on my criteria. She previewed houses by video including driving around the neighborhood so you can see and hear what you cant get from google street view. Patient: Katie answered all of my questions with grace and patience even though my questions were often inane, confusing and I had already asked the exact same question an hour before. Connected: Katie works with lenders that are fast(!) and know how to secure VA home loans. She knows plumbers and electricians and inspectors so you dont need to stare at Yelp and try to figure out who to call. She commands a SWAT team of pros to get your place where you want it to be. Savvy: Katie helped me put to get an offer that beat out the competitors. She knows the market, yo! Genuinely nice: Katie is nice. Not the fake nice you get when people are just doing their job. But nice-nice. She cares and is invested in getting you the home you want and like. Even when you ask the same confusing questions over and over again. Highly recommended: If you are a veteran or active duty military, choose Katie. If you are an anxious type A kind of person, choose Katie.
