I'm happy to write this review for Infinity Mortgage. We finally found a home that was perfect and needed a mortgage company that we could trust to get things done right on time. Infinity Mortgage came to the table with a variety of benefits. Most of the other mortgage companies were a little like working with Artificial Intelligence and recordings. I found the team at Infinity to be warm, friendly and welcoming with an ez path to success. All I can say is that things went perfect. We got our mortgage, we got our house and we were made to feel at home with Infinity Mortgage. Suffice it to say that we will be using Infinity Mortgage for our future home loans. I feel privileged to share this review about the amazing people at Infinity Mortgage. Heather and Agnes worked as a team to provide the best customer experience Ive ever had in my life. I made a list of what matters most to me when it comes to customer service. A score of 100% is the absolute best in the industry: Attitude: 100% Heather and Agnes were always in a great mood. They never wavered from their excellent attitude. Communication: 100% Returned every phone call immediately and followed up on every email immediately. They never made me wait, NEVER. Comprehension: 100% They understood every detail of my complicated questions and responded immediately at my level of understanding. Easy to work with: 100% Heather and Agnes were so easy to work with, I was approved immediately, received a tremendous interest rate and they became good friends along the journey. Professionalism: 100% They read every situation like a book. They knew exactly when we needed to focus and when it was time to celebrate. They are super professional. Integrity: 100% Real estate transactions can get complicated and you need a team that has a high moral standard, integrity, and accountability. They have it all. Over delivered: 100% I study interest rates daily, understand the Fed & the economy. The interest rate they acquired for me was by far the best in the industry. No one else came close. Experience: 100% When we encountered a big hurdle regarding the appraisal, their experience won the day, they knew exactly how to move forward and created a win-win for all of us. PERFECT - in every aspect, from the personal attention and follow-up, to the professionalism and supportive representation across all areas of the process, Infiniti Mortgage was the best decision we made throughout the entire home buying adventure. Heather Prather and her team (thank you Agnes) were there to guide us through every step of the loan and closing processes, even going so far as to provide guidance and advice in the best ways to manage other aspects of our home purchase. They represented us well, provided timely and accurate updates on market rates, document requirements, and the closing process. But the most impressive thing was the personal care, the continued communication, and personal concern shown for us! Buying can be an emotionally challenging time and Infiniti Mortgage was there for us with answers to our questions and to counsel and educate us through the overwhelming decisions. In a 5-Star rating system, the wonderful folks easily get 7 STARS!
