      image Very disappointed in the level of service which made for a overall bad experience in buying my new home. Even with exceptional credit and stellar reports from my previous lenders, I ran into many roadblocks due to the incompetence of this lender which left a bad taste in my mouth. Even the rate I was offered was much higher than it would have been with any other lender. I made a mistake of not doing comparison shopping of lenders and when I ran into these difficulties, it was too late for me to consider other options since I was in a time crunch. Since the market is so competitive I thought all lenders would be doing their best to earn good business but unfortunately I was wrong. I would not use or recommend this lender for any mortgage related needs.
