After Hours Pediatrics

I am so mad and overwhelmed by the experience my child and I just had at the after hours peds on golf course. We usually go to the holly location, love them and highly recommend them but avoid the golf course location if you can. Waited an hour past our appointment time and the doctor was terrible. Seeing how upset my child got was bad enough but the poor treatment made everything so much worse.

Dr. Gallegos is amazing!! We've never had a bad experience at any of the locations we have been too.

Great staff here. Since weve took our son here since being born in July this year we havent had any issues. Of course every provider is different and were still looking for the right fit for our LO because theres great options to choose from. Theyre very sweet here and patient. My husband also loves bringing our son here.

I called with a concern about my infant son and Annalise, who took my phone call, was so rude and lacked the empathy and concern a person in pediatric healthcare should have. She seemed to be upset with me when I couldnt make out the mumbled phrases she was saying and then placed me on mute only to come back on the line with an attitude. I felt like I was bothering them by calling. If you want to feel cared for and valued as a patient I would look elsewhere for your childs healthcare needs.

Went to this location this morning at 11:30 AM where Dr. Siegal diagnosed my child with strep throat. Dr. Siegal noted the needed antibiotics but he never sent the prescription in to my pharmacy. I called this facility four times this evening ( 2, 4, 7 and 8:30 PM). The first time I called I was told a provider would call me back. The second time I was told the providers were reviewing notes between patients and I would be notified as soon as possible. My husband called the third time and they said they couldn't find a provider to sign off the prescription. At 8:30, another provider finally signed for the antibiotics. I will have to make a late night run to the 24 hour pharmacy and my child will miss an extra day of school for one minute of carelessness. Ive been with after hours for 10 years and this is the first time my childrens needs were neglected. The Holly or Montgomery locations are far better and it will be a long time before I come to this location again.
