Ok look. When you realize, at 10pm, that your water heater has cracked, and there is water everywhere, and you're gonna have to call a plumber, a person tends to panic. But, I didn't want to pay "emergency after-hours prices", so I made a game-day choice to ride out the night and try to get a hold of a plumber in the morning. Now am I proud of the way I forbid everyone in the house to shower, use the sinks or laundry, or wash dishes? No... but I don't know anything about plumbing crisis management, so I decided the only thing allowed was toilet flushes! But the other thing I know is, how lucky I got when I found HomeRun Plumbing Heating and Cooling. I found them by doing a Google search for "4 star plumbers", but this business has 5 stars and they deserve 500! First of all, you get a text message saying who is coming to service your home, which includes their picture and a bio. This appeals to me from a personal safety perspective. When Bodie came out, it was almost first thing in the morning, and he gave me the real, low-down truth about what needed to be fixed and how; what he would do if it were his house; and he answered all our questions in a way that was simple and easy to understand. He said he could get the work done that afternoon, gave me an estimate, came back when he said he would, did the job in the time he said it would take, and it cost what he said it would cost.
