Im absolutely appalled by this place. I scheduled a tour for my soon to be 4 year old. I inquired about the NM PreK program and mentioned my son is diagnosed with autism. The Director immediately started asking about his behavior. Is this something she asks for all neurotypical children or just those who are autistic? She asked if he was low or high functioning. She obviously not trained with the updated diagnostics on autism because those labels have been found to be harmful to the autistic community. After I explained he isnt potty trained she basically said why not?! Its easy to potty train. I ended the conversation there and left. I feel completely appalled and discriminated against.

My husband and I tried two facilities before being referred to La Esperanza. This place is absolutely amazing with our kids. We have a 2 year old and a 7 month old & it is so clear to us that we finally have them in a place that they enjoy. The teachers and administrators are phenomenal. We couldnt be happier.

My girls only went here for a short while. They were very unhappy but I thought they just needed to get used to it. But day after day they were miserable. They used to cry when their dad would put them in the car to drop them off even after going for weeks. The teachers were a bit rude and i really didn't Care for their method of teaching. The administration is also no fun to deal with.
