I am a new tenant with Casa Grande Realty and I am so happy to have found such a great property manager. Joann is so attentive (unless you forget she is HUMAN and has time off just like everyone else.....sorry for bothering on weekends. Mom brain never stops). She has made our transition from an apartment to a home flawless. The yard was beautiful, inside so clean, even things as simple as tiles that are cracked and a pink wall she was willing to make changes to make sure we were comfortable and felt at home. She is accommodating in every way possible. In a world where some property managers just see you as a warm body and a paycheck.....Joann and the team know how to make it feel like a home and treat you with respect and dignity.
